CheckUp Call is for checking on at-risk individuals. CheckUp Call can monitor hundreds, or even thousands of people at a fraction of the time and cost of a live operator.

How it Works

CheckUp Call is accessed via secure website where clients enter contact and call scheduling information for the members they are interested in checking on. The system then automatically sends a pre-recorded message at the dates and times indicated.

Within the message, instructions are included for response options which are collected and reported to the client. Should a member need assistance, the system will immediately generate a phone call, email, text message and incident report for the designated client contact notifying them of the event. A similar incident report is generated in case of no button being pressed or no answer. It is then up to the client to take the appropriate action.
